Who are we?

Serbia committed genocide in Kosovo and has still not been punished for the gravest crime known to humanity. Unfortunately, apart from the Assembly of Kosovo, which has clearly defined the nature of the crimes committed during the war in Kosovo, to this day no other country has explicitly and unambiguously recognized the fact that the Serbian state committed genocide against the Albanians. It is known that facts do not speak for themselves; therefore, it is the responsibility of intellectuals from various fields to make them “speak” in order to reveal the whole truth about what the Albanian people of Kosovo experienced.

In pursuit of this goal, on June 30, 2019, in Bern, Switzerland, the Center “GENOCIDE IN KOSOVO – AN OPEN WOUND” was established.

Our mission is to spread the truth about the genocide in Kosovo and to raise awareness until justice is achieved.
Our activity is entirely peaceful. We aim, through the publication of books, brochures, articles, and photographs; through the organization of exhibitions and various events, to contribute to spreading the truth and seeking justice for the victims of the genocide in Kosovo.

Our activity is voluntary and independent of state institutions. The finances of our activity depend mainly on donations from generous people who do not hesitate to support us, showing kindness and joining our mission to achieve justice.
